The lawyers/attorneys at BenderKrøger Advokatfirma I/S are licensed by the Danish Civil Affairs Agency under the Danish Ministry of Justice and are members of the Danish Bar and Law Society.

All lawyers/attorneys at BenderKrøger Advokatfirma are covered by our professional liability insurance and guarantee scheme with Codan Forsikring, Midtermolen 7, 2100 København Ø, Danmark. The professional liability insurance covers all legal practice carried out by BenderKrøger Advokatfirma, regardless of where the legal services are performed.

BenderKrøger Advokatfirma I/S is a general partnership operated under CVR no. 45 88 19 70.

The lawyers/attorneys at BenderKrøger Advokatfirma I/S are subject to the supervision and disciplinary system of the Danish Bar and Law Society and to the rules on proper conduct for lawyers/attorneys pursuant to section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act. In addition, the rules of professional ethics for lawyers/attorneys apply. Advokaterne hos BenderKrøger Advokatfirma I/S er omfattet af Advokatsamfundets tilsyns- og disciplHeinærsystem og af reglerne om god advokatskik, jf. retsplejelovens § 126.
