Responsible for all legal matters within the Arkona Becken Südost Offshore Wind Farm Project located in the Baltic Sea with respect to the supply of foundations for 60 offshore WTGs.

Led the negotiations of the Foundation Supply Agreement for this German project regarding the supply of 60 offshore WTG foundations (MP and TP).

Led the negotiation of a subcontract on behalf of the main contractor for the full scope of the MPs for this project.

Acting as Contract Manager and negotiated terms and conditions for the procurement of materials and components, including the contract for a transport and logistical arrangement related to the marshalling harbour.
