Lars’ expertise includes complex transactions incl. Joint Bidding Agreements, JV agreements, SPAs, SHAs, general M&A, supply agreements and other commercial agreements. In addition, Lars has significant experience within dispute resolution including complex settlement negotiations.
Lars holds a law degree (cand. jur) and a right to practice law and appear before the courts in Denmark.

Senior Director with 17+ years of experience in energy and offshore wind drawing on experiences from commercial and legal roles in addition to experience from both sales and procurement.
Jakob combines legal expertise with strong commercial and operational insight across the full value chain of offshore wind. Jakob has over the years negotiated and been responsible for a large number of negotiations of turbine supply agreements and service agreements, foundation supply agreements and EPCI contracts for substations.
Jakob holds law degrees from Denmark and Scotland (cand. Jur/LLM) and is also qualified to practice law in Denmark (currently deposited).
In addition, Jakob has been through leadership training in Vestas and advanced negotiation training.
