BenderKrøger Advises FLO2R on Strategic Equity Investment

Strategic transaction
We are pleased to have advised FLO2R on a strategic equity investment by BKP Holding, completed through a primary share subscription to strengthen FLO2R’s capital base and support the establishment of a new business unit. FLO2R provides solutions and services for continuous gas analysis to industrial and energy customers in the Nordics.
This transaction marks the first closed deal since the launch of our new law firm a month ago. The transaction allowed us to combine legal precision with commercial creativity and speed – all of which we have a passion for and the reason why M&A is a core focus for BenderKrøger.
In parallel, we advised FLO2R on the finalisation of a new channel partner arrangement with ABB, supporting ABB’s Measurement & Analytics division in the Nordics. We are pleased to have supported FLO2R across both the investment process and the ABB partnership.
